This site was very helpful, but the people I spoke with made the difference. This was the third distributor I called. Two were disinterested in my order or concerns (Not sure when they'll come in - just keep calling. They didn't even want to accept an order!). This company was prompt in their response, courteous, and communicated an estimated delivery which they later confirmed. Product arrived in good order. Though they are far from me, I would not hesitate to order from them again.

I received exactly what I ordered on time. I called to talk to customer service with questions and also emailed. Both times they were very helpful. Great prices, too.

Excellent customer service. Jim immediately emailed me to let me know that the style of baluster I ordered was out of stock and worked with me to find options that were available and quickly updated my order with a solution that worked for me. 2 out of the 40 balusters I ordered were missing and when I reached back out to Jim, he quickly responded and the missing items were shipped the next business day with delivery set for 2 days later.
