***** - Five Stars All Around! First off, Stair Rail Direct took my call and answered all of my questions related to the balusters and the Zip Clips I needed for my project. The ordering process was simple and shipping was prompt. I ordered the T-CS 16.31.35 and the T-CS 16.1.1 double knuckle and twist balusters and they look great. The The Carolina Stair Zip Clip system works well and makes installation a breeze! Saved thousands doing this project myself! A very wonderful experience. I saw that the items I was looking for were out of stock, but I still decided to inquire with an email to see if any were available. Stock was low but they had enough to fill my order. Great experience with Jim, via email responses quickly and over the phone just as fast. He expedited the order and I received it within 2 days, and was able to keep moving along with my project. Great customer service!!!!
