Excellent customer service. Jim immediately emailed me to let me know that the style of baluster I ordered was out of stock and worked with me to find options that were available and quickly updated my order with a solution that worked for me. 2 out of the 40 balusters I ordered were missing and when I reached back out to Jim, he quickly responded and the missing items were shipped the next business day with delivery set for 2 days later. Very easy to deal, product was out of stock and asked me if I wanted to wait or get a refund. Advised me very quickly and I told them I would wait. I will order from them again.
