I found the Iron Slides easy to install. The only problem I had was one of the collars did not quite line up with the set screw hole which did not allow the set screw to do it’s job. A couple of taps lined it up and all is well.
I would like to recommend that Iron Slides offer a slanted base in addition to the swivel shoe. I think it would provide a better look when the staircase contains both flat and slanted surfaces.

They look amazing. Took a bit of measuring and remeasuring to get spacing perfect on all 24 but well worth the effort. Great Product!

Love, love, love these!! I have wanted to upgrade my plain white balusters for quite some time and these were the perfect way to do it! They are very elegant, and gave a whole new look to my staircase. SO easy to install, I am installed them with the assistance of my 75 year old mother! The customer service was excellent, I had a question about parts prior to placing my order, and the gentleman that assisted me couldn't have been nicer.
