1-1/4"  traditional baluster.Pin top designed to be drilled into solid hand rails.

Pin bottom also for drilling into step or floor if needed, or cut off if using in shoe rail.

Jim at sales was really helpful in answering my questions. 5 star customer service. Product well priced and packaged well. Did what Jim suggested and did a fine grit quick sanding of balusters then a tack rag wipe.
Ready to stain and everything looks good.
